For safety reasons it is not permitted for anyone to use roller skates, roller blades, skate boards, or bicycles throughout Mission Plaza. </TD> </TR> <tr> <td> <table> <tr> <td> VIOLATIONS</TD> </TR> <tr> <td></TD> </TR> </TABLE></TD> <td> In the last couple of month we sent out at least 35 violation notices to residents regarding patios, balconies, window coverings and stored vehicles. Please remember that the way your patio or balcony looks either adds or detracts from the overall appearance of the complex. Only patio furniture, plants kept in good condition with drip trays and up to 2 bicycles are permitted, everything else must be removed. Please do not use your patio or balcony for any kind of storage such as mops, brooms, recycling bins, crates, boxes, surfboards, coolers etc. And please do not hang towels, bathing suits, rugs or any other type of clothing to dry. Window coverings as seen from the outside must be of neutral colors (beige or white). </TD> </TR> <tr> <td> STORED VEHICLES</TD> <td> Inoperable, disabled or unregistered vehicles are not permitted to be kept on Mission Plaza property at any time.
